A note about pricing
I charge based on the time I estimate I will need to dedicate to your trip. This is based on headcount, # of full days there, and ofcourse, what you ask of me.
Coordinating a group trip will always cost more then just one couple (each couple has independent needs, even if their appt schedules are all the same). If you want to set up an engagement proposal, that will take a bit more work. So please be forthcoming with your needs, in the form below and when we speak. I will quote based on this initial consultation. But if strategy changes along the way, or if you exceed what was initially planned, then I will add additional compensation later on to fairly cover the time needed to execute your trip properly. I make every effort to never “surprise” you with an unexpected cost, so communication is essential.
2021 Rates*: $300 per couple (or headcount of two), per full day in Napa Valley
