Consultation

Let’s discuss who’s going, when, and for how long. Based on that, I’ll quote my services. I’ll collect half to get started, and the rest is due two weeks before you leave.

Macro Plans

I will recommend, quote, and book:

• Flights (optional; If you prefer to use miles/points, feel free!)

• Hotel (required)

• Transportation

Micro Plans

I will recommend and reserve:

• Restaurants

• Spa

• any misc request you need (e.g. surprises for your spouse, a cooking class, etc)

Let’s Talk Wine!

My favorite part of our process…

I will do a thorough interview to try and hone in on where you are in your wine journey (which is ever-changing!). I service everyone at any level of expertise. If you are a seasoned collector, you can simply give me your winery wish-list, and I will make them happen. If you are a newbie, I can get you started with an amazing first taste of the best of the Napa Valley. Etc. Tell me your favorite bottles, and let me do the rest.

Based on that, I will make a recommended itinerary. Once approved, I’ll reserve your appts based on the scheduling availability of the wineries.

Finalize Planning

I will provide you with a beautiful mobile itinerary via the free app UMapped. ($25 per itinerary, but this is included in my standard service package). This will consolidate all your confirmations right at your fingertips.

Farewell!

You will have my personal mobile number. Let me know once you land, and keep me informed of any possible issues.

Social tagging is always appreciated but not required! As I serve many celebrities, I definitely respect your privacy. But sharing your highlights always helps my business as well as inspiring others :)
